2020 British Virgin Islands Itinerary

 

  • Friday – Travel day.  Arrive  at Tortola Marine Management  Base for first night .  Boarding at 5:00 PM
  • Saturday  “Shake down” sail.  Arrive at  Peter Island at Great Harbour for the 2nd night, beautiful to see the moon rise there and nice and peaceful Dinner on board – no restaurants.
  • Sunday  – Cooper Island Beach Club – great gift shop, rum bar and restaurant – happy hour at 4pm daily!  The Baths and any Virgin Gorda exploring the next morning,
  • Monday  – Head to the Baths from Cooper Island in the early a.m. and then Leverick that night as it is a great atmosphere in the evening and a couple of choices for food.  Onboard or restaurant
  • Tuesday – Set sail early in the a.m. for Anegada.  Head to Flash of Beauty beach and have lunch (excellent), swim, etc. great local place or if you prefer, Loblolly Bay, which is also really fun and generally good snorkeling and good lunch too. very popular place to go.  There are lots of good places to eat dinner – Wonky Dog, Soare’s,the Lobster Trap and pretty much every little restaurant at the anchorage.
  • Wednesday – Leave Anegada in the early morning and head to Cane Garden Bay for the night – good dinner options there too and bars!  We can visit the rum factory for cold pressed rum made from sugar cane. lots of samples
  • Thursday – Head a to Sandy Spit for a snorkel and  swim and then either go to Foxy’s Taboo restaurant for anchoring and dinner and perhaps take the walk to the Bubbling Pool in the afternoon before dinner, or  go to Foxy’s that night for a  buffet and anchorage..
  • Friday   Head over to Norman Island and on the way over pick up a mooring ball to snorkel at The Indians. and then head to The Bight for the evening and visit the famous Willy “T”  for drinks .
  • Saturday – head back to TMM early in the AM for departure
