Come with Liberty Sailing School to the British Virgin Islands for a seven day learn to cruise sailing vacation.
We depart and return to Road Towne in the British Virgin Isalands
Transportation to Road Towne, Tortola, BVI via plane and ferry.

Comprehensive Programs

Our programs are designed to maximize your learning and enjoyment.
 During your week you will sail and live aboard your cruising catamaran and quickly learn the fundamentals of sailboat cruising.
Our courses include Basic Coastal Cruising (ASA 103) and/or Bareboat Chartering (ASA 104) as well as ASA 114 Cruising Catamaran, enabling you to attain internationally recognized certification.
 Pre-requisites are ASA 101 only 

 

 
 

 

 

8 day Course Package Includes:

Seven days of cruising and learning in the British Virgin Islands
 and one day in Philadelphia aboard our Hunter 31 to give you that big boat monohull experience

Board Saturday February 18th, 2011 in Tortola, BVI, Depart Saturday February 25th
.

The one day Philadelphia class will include docking, close quarter maneuvering, anchoring and more
The class in Philadelphia will be given on a Saturday during the 2012 season.  Date will be flexible

Great food is a prime ingredient to round out your fabulous cruise.  Our BVI's menu is based on an assortment of healthy foods to make up well-balanced satisfying meals.
six breakfasts, six lunches and four dinners are provided. Personal beverages are left to your discretion and four dinners ashore allow you to sample the local cuisine.
A fully equipped galley and deck barbecue will allow food to be easily prepared.

Provisioning, cruising permits and required taxes applicable in the BVI's are included as well as all textbooks and course materials. 
Trip insurance is available.

Certification in Basic Coastal Cruising (ASA 103) and/or Bareboat Chartering (ASA 104) and (ASA 114) Cruising Catamaran

Terms & Conditions

·       A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.  An additional $500.00 will be due 12/1/11. The balance in full is due by Jan 1,  2012

·       $500 penalty for cancellation up to 75 days prior to departure date if we cannot fill your spot in the class

·       100% penalty for cancellation within 21days prior to departure date  if we cannot fill your place in the class
